Short explanation about our different types of cookies

In the System and the Application, we use both simple techniques for accessing and storing information in the System and on your device and a more advanced so-called “fingerprinting technique”. The latter is only used to uniquely identify your device and has nothing to do with your actual physical fingerprint.

We want to be transparent in how we use cookies and in the following text we, therefore, provide a detailed description of our use of cookies as well as information about how you can avoid certain cookies.

Certain cookies will be used for a longer period of time, i.e. even in between the sessions of your use of the System and the Application, while other cookies are temporarily used, i.e. only during a session of your use of the System and the Application. The usage period for the different cookies is listed in the tables below.

If you want to receive more information about our use of cookies, please contact us via the contact details found at the end of this text.

You can choose to not consent to our use of certain cookies

When you use the Application, you can choose not to consent to our use of certain cookies. Furthermore, you can withdraw your consent at any time in the Application under privacy settings. This does not, however, affect the lawfulness of the usage of such cookies prior to the withdrawal of your consent.

If you choose to not consent to certain cookies, including if you consent, or if you withdraw the consent, you will do this on behalf of all others using the same System as you. OLD: However, this is not applicable for consent in relation to cookies used to send push notifications regarding the System since such push notifications are only used in relation to your specific device.

In the tables below, we explain what happens if you choose not to consent to our usage of such cookies.

Your privacy is important to us

In addition, we also use cookies from several third-party service providers, such as Google, to provide analytics. These third parties will use the information collected through these cookies for their purposes. In the table below, we list when the third-party service providers collect information and we have included links to where you can get more information about these third-party service providers’ use of cookies and what information they collect.

The use of certain third-party services may mean that in certain cases your personal data will be transferred and processed outside the EEA, Switzerland or United Kingdom. In our Privacy Statement, you can find more information on transfers of personal data outside the EEA, Switzerland or United Kingdom.

Cookies we use if you give your consent

The following cookies are only used if you have given us your consent, i.e. they are not strictly necessary for enabling you to use the System and the Application, including certain functionalities. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the Application under privacy settings.

The choice that you make in terms of consenting or not, or withdrawing your consent, will apply to all others using the same System as you. OLD: However, this is not applicable for consent in relation to cookies used to send push notifications regarding the System to your device.
